RETURNS 

Our return and exchange process is as follows:

 

  • Items must be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Clothing items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
  • Simply package up your merchandise using any type of postage/package you would like and send to:

  • Include your invoice/receipt or a piece of paper with your name and order number stating that this is a RETURN.
  • NOTE: We do not pay for return shipping, unless, it was an error on our part.

 

EXCHANGES 

  •  Simply send an email to service@steelclothing.com that you will be sending back for an EXCHANGE. Include your name and order number. State the item(s) you're sending back and what item(s) you will be exchanging for.
  • Follow the return instructions above.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my order ship?

Orders take 1-2 days to process before they are shipped out of our warehouse.  

 

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow 1 week after we receive your return for a refund to be issued. You will receive a conformation email stating that the refund has been issued. It may take 2-3 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

How long will it take to process my exchange?

Please allow 1 week after we receive your return for exchanges to be made. Once we have exchanged your items and shipped them, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information.

 

Can I return or exchange an International Order?

Yes! If you’re willing to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to our warehouse, we will refund your product amount (for a return) or exchange your item(s). We can’t refund shipping, taxes, or duty collected by your government.
